Warworld Codominium: Battle of Sauron

Commissioned in 2008, from the book by John F. Carr and Don Hawthorne, published by Pequod Press.

This was the first story in a series begun as an anthology edited by John F. Carr and Jerry Pournelle, called Warworld, set on the planet Haven. Sauron was another rival planet, and a final battle takes place here...

I did two original duplicate paintings, one for each of the writers of the book.
