Set at the end days of the cold war, I did the art in vignette style, and on a personal note, the model for the cover was my friend G. Harry Stine, an author of Science Fiction books in his own right, whom I knew from 1987, until his death in 1997. He was known as the "father" of model rocketry, having been an engineer working at the White Sands, NM test site, in the early days of rocket development, in the 1950's and 60's.
