Art Center Animal Assignment

This art, done around 1980 for college, was originally featured in my slide presentation when I was a guest at Sci-Fi Conventions.

As I had mentioned in previous posts, whenever I got an assignment in college, I used every opportunity to make it Sci-Fi/Fantasy.

All I had to have here, was some kind of animal...

Although it seemed a joke to the other students and teachers, a lot of these works ended up as (paid) book covers or interiors later.
