Maiden Flight

A nuclear war has destroyed the surface of the Earth, and most of it's population.

Two civilizations remain. One underground, and one in the sky.

The remnant of Mankind begins a period of peace and rebuilding, Commerce between the civilizations thrives, airships travel between the cities, violence is renounced, and weapons of war are outlawed.

Then cities begin to disappear, one by one.

In the skies, is the Shenandoah-a warship-and it's evil commander is the man who began the original nuclear war.

The war-weary and disarmed Windriders, must again resort to fighting with weapons-or face annihillation.

On a personal note, Eric Vinicoff was the first Sci-Fi editor/publisher, to use my art, in 1981, in his fanzine "Rigel"
