The bad witch from "Witches 5" from series S from the anime Sailor Moon.
In 2002, I had just begun getting involved with anime fanart.
At Mediaminer, another fanart site I posted art, before coming to DA, I met several young fans including one, who posted a picture of herself on the computer.
I painted her as Eudial, which was only 3 1/2" x 5" in size-one of the few mini paintings I did. They were meant to be used as name tags, to be worn by fans at cons. I lost or sold this one though...
